I had high hopes for these lamps. I ordered 2 sets, one lit up when I pressed the on/off button and I was also able to change all 8 modes (a click was clearly felt and heard). Mounted outdoors on a 6ft shepherd's leash. That night came clear and bright. 2 night, wouldn't turn on, pressed the power button, the light came on. Press the mode button, the light went out. I pressed again, the lights were very dim, I pressed again, the lights flickered and went out. I waited a few seconds for them to return to the lighted stage, but nothing. I pushed the power button, the lights came on dimly. It was sunny so the problem is not clear. Since the price was low, I just shook my head. I won't buy them again. Set two, when you press the power button and then the mode button, don't feel or hear a click. Placed the solar panel in the sun, pressed the on/off button a few hours later, still no click. In the twilight, this set did not shine. The second day is the same procedure, in the twilight it didn't shine and that's where it all ends.
