Here's why.After contacting the Seller, I receiving clarifying information to disregard the WINDOWS (only) mini-data disc driver software that was included in the package. This was either not made clear to me in the AMAZON posting or instructions that came with the device, but now I have been able to make it functional with my MAC computer. Hence, I am cancelling my earlier request to return this item for credit.and cancelling delivery of an alternative, similar device subsequently ordered from revain from another Seller. Thank you.
