Absolutely the worst product I have ever received. The product was covered in a thick layer of cloudy, foul-smelling water and I decided to just throw it away. I wiped everything down with iso alcohol (safe for electronics), plugged it in and tightened it with the knobs on the VGA. The monitor is VERY dark and very colorless and flickers with no interaction. I know it's not my hardware or setup because when I use a different cable it works great. It was not in the static protection bag that such an expensive and sensitive product could require. If I could give zero stars and never see a product from this company again, I would. The picture is upside down for some reason, but I tried to show how dark it is.
