Great Customer Service Experience With Quick Ticket Replies

I like that customer service is so accessible through their platform with this tool, which makes your customers feel more valuable than ever before! It's not super user friendly to make changes or add information when you need it for support tickets but overall everything has been great thus far!! There are few minor features we would have liked (the ability to change text size) however i do appreciate how easy they were able to customize something in order accommodate us without giving up anything as well. This software helps me get every issue resolved quickly with ease of communication because there really isn't any other way around things nowadays from traditional methods where people tend to put off communicating back & forth due to time differences etc.. Not only does it help resolve issues faster-it actually feels amazing after knowing someone cares about my business enought to take what could be an already stressful situation into one less thing by utilizing tools available online nowdays! We're always working towards building I like the fact that I can use this software when I'm on the go. It's easy to use and I can see when it's working and when it's not. Sometimes it doesn't work and I have to go back to my computer to re-activate it. I would like to have more features, but I think that this is a good start. Maybe a more detailed tutorial would help. I am solving the issue of not having enough time to take care of my customers.
