Customer Service Bot - User friendly & easy-to install

I like that it can be integrated with other apps or websites, so you don't have to use just one platform for your chatbot needs! The interface is very difficult at first but once figured out everything works smoothly with no issues. If there was an additional language option (for example Spanish) we would love this more as some of us are not fluent in English either. Great Customer Service Experience With Quick Ticket Replies

I like that customer service is so accessible through their platform with this tool, which makes your customers feel more valuable than ever before! It's not super user friendly to make changes or add information when you need it for support tickets but overall everything has been great thus far!! There are few minor features we would have liked (the ability to change text size) however i do appreciate how easy they were able to customize something in order accommodate us without giving up…
