Review on Customer Service Bot by Carlos Massey

I like that it can be integrated with other apps or websites, so you don't have to use just one platform for your chatbot needs! The interface is very difficult at first but once figured out everything works smoothly with no issues.

If there was an additional language option (for example Spanish) we would love this more as some of us are not fluent in English either. We're helping clients resolve their problems right now through our customer service chatbots - which saves them time by dealing directly rather than having to wait while someone answers from another city/country etc.
