Review on 📷 Mcoplus CT-628: Lightweight 63-inch Camera Tripod with 360° Ball Head, Quick Shoe Plate, and Bag by David Encarnacion

This is a lightweight, well-made tripod that folds down to a compact 19-1/2" length in the included pouch, making it ideal for carry-on storage. The leg extensions lock/unlock easily and allow the user to use gravity to quickly extend one or more lengths, yet still provide good locking capability to prevent sagging or collapsing. The legs are attached in two configurations, narrow and wide, the latter of which can offer more stability. Although there is no expander to keep the legs in the correct position, locks are suitable for the task. I shoot videos so I connected this tripod to a separately purchased fluid head that mounts securely on the platform. I have to make sure the detachable ball head is bolted tightly to the tripod so it doesn't rotate when the fluid head is attached is pivoted. like the fact that this tripod can be extended to a maximum effective lens height of around 5ft 6in and still remain a solid photography platform. For videos, I would recommend hanging the sandbag on the retractable hook on the bottom of the extension stand for a bit more stability. Overall I am very happy with this tripod for the price.
