Good power delivery but makes terrible noise when shutting down

Constantly loud electrical clicks when shutting down or putting the desktop to sleep. It's like the same sound an old TV makes when suddenly unplugged. It's quite disconcerting, but other than that, it's a good replacement for the fanless Prime Titanium 700 I was originally looking at.
