I bought 2 of these power supplies in June 2019, one works fine and the other died 2 weeks into the Revain return period. The product description says there is a 5 year guarantee, but a week later I still haven't received a simple email response to my complaint that I submitted on the company's website.

This is a review of the 1000w model. Wiring. It was almost like the forks didn't even have to fit. I've only installed a few power supplies in my life, so I'm not an expert. But I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a lot of force to push the plugs in just to get them seated properly. Constantly loud electrical clicks when shutting down or putting the desktop to sleep. It's like the same sound an old TV makes when suddenly unplugged. It's quite disconcerting, but other than that, it's a good replacement for the fanless Prime Titanium 700 I was originally looking at.

I had to trust other reviewers when they wrote "Doesn't work out of the box and the connectors fit very poorly". Yes, that's exactly what I had to experience.
