I like that you can add multiple domains to one account, which makes it easier for me when managing my business's website portfolio as well has personal websites. The interface could be more streamlined or user friendly in general - sometimes navigating through pages takes longer than expected because of how complicated things are made out to look (i'm not an expert by any means). We use unregistry so we have access to all our different services such as transferwizards/transferring between providers etc..
