Neustar makes domain management fast & efficient

That I can register domains for free, that I get to manage my own WHOIS information, that I can easily transfer domains from other registrars, and that I can access their customer service in multiple languages. They have a lot of features, but they're not always easy to figure out or use. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials, FAQs, and guides available online. The customer support has also been great. Their knowledge base is very

Great Customer Service & Affordable Prices

I love that it's easy to use, fast customer service (even though they're not always available) and their prices are great! The only downside for me right now would be being able to access my account through mobile devices or via computer without logging in first. Not sure if this will change when more people sign up but currently have no other website/registrars where you can do all of your business from anywhere at any time so this has been helpful. Easy Website Hosting Platform with good customer support

I like that you can add multiple domains to one account, which makes it easier for me when managing my business's website portfolio as well has personal websites. The interface could be more streamlined or user friendly in general - sometimes navigating through pages takes longer than expected because of how complicated things are made out to look (i'm not an expert by any means).   • You get everything under 1 roof with your domain purchases including web hosting + other related tools! And their support staff is great!! They offer very fast 24 hour response times if needed plus they work hard at solving issues quickly whenever there seems something amiss during customer service hours..Very pleased using them thus far :)
