The best part of being an ISM is that you are working with people who genuinely care about your success, as opposed to just selling them something they don't need or want! There's nothing I dislike at this point in my tenure here; however we do have some new hires coming onboard soon so it may be time change if there isn’t anything specific mentioned above :) We're solving problems related around our clients' needs & helping drive their business forward by making ourselves available 24/7 via phone calls / emails etc - which can sometimes prove challenging when trying to balance work life vs personal commitments but its all worth while once things get rolling!
