Good but not great.
I think it works fine. It doesn't actually sit very tightly in place, so there's enough clearance on the sides for any flying insect that wants to build a nest (wasps, etc.) to crawl in if they want to. I would prefer a rubber pad on the outside and will probably add one. For the money I think that's fine as it gives you a basic structure that you can change to make it work well.
