New Mascara Favorite
Great product, especially for this price. I find that the first few uses don't work because the mascara doesn't apply well. Once it dries a little I can create the most amazing long thin lashes. Wiggling left and right from the base of the lashes and then moving the lashes away from the center of the face can smooth out the clumps that form.
