The company has to change the brush so that it does not clog the eyelashes. The lashes should fan out as they grow. I can't help but wonder if my $8 L'Oreal tube of mascara is any better overall. Several of my recent orders for this item did NOT meet the requirements. As this is an Australian product, maybe they dry here like in an too old one? This is a great mascara when fresh! I may have to stop ordering them from the US. I haven't been happy with them lately.

Great product, especially for this price. I find that the first few uses don't work because the mascara doesn't apply well. Once it dries a little I can create the most amazing long thin lashes. Wiggling left and right from the base of the lashes and then moving the lashes away from the center of the face can smooth out the clumps that form.
