There's not much romance about a USB 3.0 hub, but there are a few very good points. First, the USB cable connected to the computer is a good length so you can remove the hub (I have a laptop and keep the hub behind the screen). Second, power switches for different ports are a useful feature. Something you don't need, but something you can appreciate when you have it. If I have one gripe, it's that the power cord is about 20cm shorter than I'd like. Not that it doesn't work for me where I have it, but if I had that extra wiggle room I'd be happier. Oh, and the USB cable from the hub to the computer is pretty thick. Seems thicker than the ethernet cable is thicker. No problem, just one of those things you look at and wonder if you power your washing machine from a USB port. Oh, and that little always-on charging port is great for charging your phone or tablet without looking at it. Exit. I like it too. All in all, probably the best USB hub I've ever owned.
