I used these blocks a lot at work and recently bought them for my mother (teacher) to switch between two inputs. It can be a bit difficult to understand the instructions, but if you look at the device, it's very easy to understand how it should be connected. In practical use of the device, it doesn't get any easier. Even for the most non-technical person (e.g. my mother), nothing beats a big switch that says either A or B. It's easy to understand and offers tactile feedback (a nice affirmative click) when the input changes who don't want to look at the tiny indicators next to the little buttons to see which input is selected. The build quality has always been excellent. As I said we use these units a lot at work, I personally have about 30 of these installed, they are always stable and well built. Powder-coated metal housing with good rubber feet. Overall, it's very durable and very affordable. If you just need to switch between two separate VGA inputs (no audio or keyboard/mouse), this is your device.
