Bought to provide internet connection for our home as we were fed up with the satellite service we had had for several years. Connected with 4G WiFi signal and Ethernet connection to our WiFi router, this router provides faster and more reliable service without changing internal settings. Very satisfied. This satisfaction did not last long. On the second day and every day since then, this device drops the Internet connection, although the control panel shows a stable signal and everything works. This happens several times an hour several times a day. A lost connection can last 30 seconds or 10 minutes. i think i will return it. I regret not returning this for a refund. Lost connection several times a day. The link to update the firmware in the control panel is a dead end. Customer support is non-existent. I bought a refurbished Netgear AirCard 815S and it works very well. That junk from KuWfi is gone.
