In my opinion oversized
I bought c10 for my boy last year and wanted to increase the size to c11. The new c11 is so oddly wide and loose, definitely not a size too big. The length is what it should be for a one size lager, but this flexible, loose width is uncomfortable and doesn't even hold onto the foot. To return.
