Nice little screen at a good price. My only real complaint is the other version of this case and screen, which is otherwise identical to this one and was out of stock, has a nylon stand to support an unsupported screen angle, which is not the case with this one. I built my own prop using a lego barrel (see photo) and it works great but I'll probably have to buy my kid a whole lego set to compensate haha. I also wasn't able to get the provided driver to work with at least the latest version of Kali (Kernel 2019.3 re4son v8+) and it disabled HDMI and the LCD stayed white so SSH was the only option other than reimaging. . Kali uses the Re4son core with LCD support, and the built-in driver for the 90° rotated Waveshare (A) screen works with this screen. I found this to be a better option than installing an image from an unknown manufacturer somewhere in China. Haven't tried any of the other distros so not sure if the drivers will work with them or not, but for $30 I'm happy.
