No sleeve - it's TAPE
Although applying glue meant I didn't have to remove the pipes I wanted to protect with this "thermal sleeve". I haven't gotten under the car yet to see how the Heat Sheath TAPE is holding up. I will update this review as soon as I do. My setup protects the air line from the compressor to the air bridge assist spring. This line failed due to the extreme heat of the adjacent exhaust line. Hope this thermal sheet helps.
