This is not your typical laser printer - oh my god open the shipping box and see how Kyrocera packed this printer, I was blown away! He could probably make a trip to the moon and back! They've got HP commercial laser printers and a Konica laser copier, and it's just as well built as these workhorses - very durable and good looking. Once you have it ready to turn on (easy to follow instructions) it's great that you can print in black and white and use any color you want - I installed this on a wifi router with a network cable but it has other inputs - sweet ! AirPrint works flawlessly on my iPad and iPhone - something I really like! Kyocera offers online support for this printer and the BEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT! I called to turn on the wifi and had two different technicians willing to help and they spoke English! I am very happy with this printer! Print quality is what you would expect - great text and halftone mono color, haven't tried it yet
