The plastic piece that holds the screw in place while you screw in the bracket is a terrible design. Doesn't get caught in the rubber. It spins when you turn the screw and chews all the way through the rubber. If the rubber piece is damaged there is nothing to hold this mount in place. And you only have one. I turned the allen key for a good 3 minutes and it never had a good connection so I stopped to see what was going on. The handles on the nut holder collapsed, "ripping" the rubber into pieces. I need to go to Honda and buy another rubber expander with a better design. As soon as I get another rubber expander I can use it. In terms of looks, it sits a little high and I can't adjust it back as far as I'd like. I lean forward at high speeds and think it might get in my way. The phone is easy to put on and take off and feels secure. This was tested while holding it in my hand. I shook it and was impressed by everything that was said I should have listened to my husband and saved $50 I would not recommend this product.
