As in many other reviews, the locking pin for my Toyota Sequoia was too short. This was frustrating because I read other reviews and thought the seller must be stupid to deliver a product that is otherwise great quality apart from a design flaw on the locking pin. I didn't have any of these anyway, so I took a pencil and used an electric hand sander to sand about 1/8 inch (inside) of the flange opposite the lock side. Now it's right. I'm sure it will stay strong enough as the remaining flange will be slightly stronger than the lock on the opposite side. I just don't understand why a supplier would be willing to ship a product that won't work for about 1/10th of customers when they can fix it by adding 1/4 inch to the pin design. They can ship it with a puck for 5 cents if they're worried the fit won't be snug enough on some cars. My guess is that the cost of replacing the needle that other reviewers had to purchase was up to $10, which is an unacceptable increase in cost.
