I like the ability to see a customers last visit and what they did on the site. I also enjoy that the dashboard gives you a lot of insight into your customers. I dislike that I can't seem to find a way to send an email to a customer if they haven't logged into their account. I think that is a great feature to have. I also dislike that I can't send a welcome email to new customers. It's a great tool and I wish I had known about it when starting my site. CustomerVox is very easy to use and has a lot of useful features. The customer service is also very helpful and responsive. I have not really found anything I dislike about the service. CustomerVox is a great tool to help build a more personalized relationship with your customers. I am able to send them emails and texts to keep them informed about my store and services. I also use the customervox app to send them notifications about sales and promotions.
