Very Happy Using Order Notify - Great customer service

I like that it's easy to use as an admin of my store! It is also very helpful when you have many customers in your shop who are not familiar with what they need or want from their orders/shipping process. Sometimes there can be some lag time between order being placed by one person and another receiving notification about shipping info. However this could just depend upon how busy our site was at any given moment. If anyone has questions regarding ordering products via email then we would…

  • I like that CustomerVox has a lot of options to make it easy for clients to place orders and also easy for staff members to keep track of our orders
Cons
  • I dislike that CustomerVox does not have a way to send personalized emails to clients when there are issues with their orders or their shipping info

Not much use for me since i didn: CustomerVox

The ability to have an auto responder that sends out emails at specific times depending upon which day of week they are in can be helpful when you don't want customers getting email after being off their website or not responding right away! This is more difficult than it should really be as far as implementation goes - there seems like this ought to be fairly easy but I haven't been able to figure how/where to do it properly yet without using multiple plugins with confusing names and settings…

I like the ability to see a customers last visit and what they did on the site. I also enjoy that the dashboard gives you a lot of insight into your customers. I dislike that I can't seem to find a way to send an email to a customer if they haven't logged into their account. I think that is a great feature to have. I also dislike that I can't send a welcome email to new customers. It's a great tool and I wish I had known about it when starting my site. I am able to find out what my customers…

  • Their support team works hard at keeping everything running smoothly for me! They are quick too respond back whenever there may be issues or questions we need answered quickly before our next scheduled shift starts so any downtime doesn’t disrupt us as much during normal work hours which helps both myself personally & professionally along side many others who rely heavily upon this

Easy and convenient way to sell on Etsy

I like that it is easy to use with no training required! It has been very helpful in my shop's success as we have seen an increase of customers who are interested in our products but do not know how they can purchase them online or even if there was such thing available locally (we're located outside NYC). The only downside so far would be some minor issues when adding new categories - sometimes you need help from their support team which isn't always immediate at times. We've noticed more…

Great for tracking and understanding customer behaviour

The ability to see customers' current state of mind (ie interest in your product/service) by looking at their recent site visits is very helpful when deciding how best to serve them next time they are visiting! This would be great if you could have some more options regarding what data were available from previous visitors - eg date range etc which was quite easy with other products we used previously but this feature seems limited here as well? It's really hard to get any information out about
