Suitable for polishing metal. For example, watches, etc. This is not very convenient for sharpening knives. It's too fat. I used slingshots for this, but it's too oily and doesn't dry. For my use, that's more than 2 stars. I gave it 3 stars because it polished my Movado well. So if you want to polish metal this is a great article. If you want to use it as a balancing mix I recommend Jende Industires or Ken Schwartz. Both have some of the best diamond emulsions and sprays in the business. They are specially designed for spinning. So I don't hate this product. It's just not very practical for sharpening blades. I have been sharpening for over 30 years so I have a lot of experience in this field. Does it help with the edge of the blade? Of course. But there are far better products out there that will take your blades to the next level.
