A few weeks after receiving it I finally tried to install the product. When I went to open the packaging and pulled the box out of the plastic sleeve, I noticed that the seals holding the book box were broken. When I looked inside the box, both of the plastic sheets protecting the protective glass were there, but the entire protective glass was missing. I also ordered a 10" size for my Chrysler Pacifica as I needed that size for both rear windows, but the plastic skid plates left over from the missing glass were the wrong size. the other was smaller (8.4 inches). So even with glass present I was only able to install one side as both were not the 10" size I ordered. However, this was not a problem as both protective glasses were still missing. So there is hardly any quality control. I returned the item to Amazon for a refund as it was missing and wrong. What a waste of time.
