We bought this keychain hoping to replace a damaged one.
We bought this key fob hoping to replace a damaged key fob for our 2002 Sebring. There were no instructions on how to replace a damaged key fob with a new one. I called a customer service representative. who helped a lot. She emailed us instructions with a set of steps to reprogram the old key fob with the new key fob. Unfortunately it didn't work so we had to take it to the dealer and spend another $60. It would be easier to contact the dealer right away. The final cost would be the same.
