As other reviewers have pointed out, it's best used at night...it's an ointment, so it's thick and heavy . I can't imagine using it all day and still being able to type, type, drive etc unless it's just applied to the cuticles. I keep it on my bedside table and use it before bed... I also put it on my foot (toes and cuticles). Definitely softens and moisturizes. My hands and cuticles look and feel a lot healthier when using this product. I look forward to using it on chapped hands this winter. ππ»
