Product was easy to install, works well and serves its purpose for my brush cleaning needs in my art studio. It gets very hot very quickly. The only problem is that hot water only takes 10-15 seconds, then another 30 seconds warm, then cold. If it has a few minutes to charge, it will immediately get hot again. The tank is small, so it is not surprising that hot water lasts only for a short time. Considering the price and my needs I would say it was worth the investment. I'm not disappointed. I just wish the hot water lasted longer than it did.
