The best aspect of XirSys is that it allows you to easily create a webRTC video conference or call center where you can hold meetings with your customers without any technical knowledge. It also has an easy to use admin console which makes managing multiple users very easy. Sometimes, the admin console gets slow when there are many video calls going on at the same time. Also, sometimes the app freezes during setup process. Not much dislike about this product but I do not think this product can be compared to other products because it is the first one in its kind. We have used this software to reduce our customer support costs by holding many video conferences. Also, we have started using this application to run our internal meetings.
