Unfortunately, this thermometer was inaccurate. I've used it several times and have found that when I set the 'right' temperature for Medium Rare, Medium Rare etc, my chicken, beef etc overcooks. The good thing is that the probe is longer and actually reaches my stove. the main reason I bought it. Cons: Inaccurate temperature and the sensor keeps beeping when it reaches the temperature I set. I often leave it plugged in to keep an eye on the temperature while it stays in the oven, but this thermometer keeps beeping and doesn't let me see temperatures higher than what I set for sure. It's time for me to buy a new thermometer.
