Update 2: No refund possible without better vision so back to 1 star. I don't trust them. Update: Kesnos customer support contacted me with suggestions on how to fix this issue. They have a newer model but I requested a refund instead. We had two problems with this dehumidifier. The worst problem was that the overflow switch kept getting stuck. Even when we emptied the unit regularly and made sure the switch was in place when replacing the bucket, we still had overflow issues that damaged our wood floor. Another issue was that the device wouldn't turn on until the humidity reached 60%, even though we set the humidity to 50%. We no longer risk using this machine. It was a huge waste of money.
