ANC and Be-Aware mode not so good

They arrived looking like they had been opened before. Also, I couldn't follow the instructions on the quick start sheet that started when I turned on the headphones because they were already on. I tried to connect but my phone couldn't see it. I had to charge and reset the headphones. After that, they really connected. TOUCH CONTROLS seemed to work for a while. During music playback or a phone call, they are randomly interrupted, so the sound comes out of the phone's speakers. I had to reset the headphones by plugging them into the base. During a phone conversation with Revain Technical Support, they told me that they couldn't hear me well. I sent this pair back to exchange for another pair. I will update this review as they come in. UPDATE: 2nd sentence works better. Here are some things I noticed about them: - Touch functionality is poor. When I touch them, I don't know if I touched them for the device to recognize the touch or not. Sometimes they squeak; sometimes not. If the headphones are going to have touch controls, there should be an app for my phone that I can browse to see what signal the device was currently picking up. Also, I can't control them at all when gardening with gloves on. - Caution mode: This mode filters ambient noise through the headphones so you can hear your music or a call, as well as people walking around you. I want this for walking along the curb, but a slight breeze makes the mic sound very loud. - Enable noise cancellation: This mode enables ANC with active noise cancellation. It works well in an office or grocery store but doesn't block loud noises. When I'm using a weed eater or a leaf blower it's just as loud as it is with the noise canceling off. They don't really do what I wanted. I want to turn off the noise while mowing, and the caution mode on morning walks kills my ears with loud wind noise that wouldn't even be there if I didn't turn it on. UPDATE 2: I can't use them. They don't disconnect from the phone when I put them back on the charger. I have to go into the bluetooth settings and turn it off. But every time I'm in Bluetooth range, they automatically reconnect. This drains the battery of the phone and these headphones and when I get a call I can't figure out how to hear the call. I hate them, apart from the battery life.
