Pack. Arrived on time - it's ON TIME! Which surprised me. And it warned me! was the packaging. It was delivered "as is" with a sticker. Not in a Revain box with protective airbags. Thought it was broken. But this pack. must have recommended TLCare from point of sale to shipping/handling department. pick up and travel to USPS and carefully set down in a chair on my porch. None of the bulbs are broken, all work. They replaced 4 lightbulbs in the light fixture above my dressing table; I turn the dimmer very slowly to full light. Everything was and is good. You may have a different experience, but it won't be like a lightbulb. I recommend this production. & product!
