Well the strap is not long enough to cross men's/boys size 5.5 Sorel shoes and keep the boots from slipping off. They fell onto ice from about 50 feet the first time. I kept putting them on, they just came off the sock. They barely wrap around the sole and don't go past the toe at all. Not impressed that the design should have more toe protection. Grip is good but they just don't stick and they are pretty tight on the sole, if you stretch them a little more they will break. They have thinner rubber than my boots. Edit: I emailed regarding the very short strap and low toe box. They responded very quickly and gave me a full refund! I am impressed with their customer service. I hope they decide to make the design more snowshoe friendly. The grip/teeth are well positioned and work, but come off the toe pretty darn easy.
