Well the strap is not long enough to cross men's/boys size 5.5 Sorel shoes and keep the boots from slipping off. They fell onto ice from about 50 feet the first time. I kept putting them on, they just came off the sock. They barely wrap around the sole and don't go past the toe at all. Not impressed that the design should have more toe protection.
