The sound quality is amazing, it's stereo sound, I usually answer calls at 50% volume, the mic doesn't work at all, callers can hear absolutely everything that's happening in the room around me around I've tested the sound several times at different volume levels to see if it works at every power level and no, but I seriously doubt a headset will actually work like this. The only thing I would like to change is that the microphone that is muted has a red light that shows when it is actually muted and not when there are calls, which is very inconvenient, as well as very small buttons. There could be a better design for that, like the cheap headset I got from my company. Overall, I give it 3 stars just because of the great volume and the comfortable headphones, which at least don't hurt my ears like my cheap branded headset.
