Bad excuse for a fitness tracker. The quick start guide and online manual are difficult to understand. I was NOT able to sync my device with the app despite trying multiple times and following each step in the troubleshooting guide. The GARMIN support hotline has been queued for over 40 minutes. I left a number for a call back but the call back was queued for a further 10 minutes before finally giving up - there are better options - you get what you pay for! Unit will be returned to AMAZON (btw - AMAZON tech support was very responsive and knowledgeable but was unable to get this unit started with me before offering me the option to return the item. GO AMAZON!.
