The ability to integrate the CPD records from external sites, such as LinkedIn, is great. This allows us to keep track of where our employees are training, attending CPD courses, etc. It's a bit clunky that you have to export your CPD information and upload it into CPDOne, so we'd like to see that streamlined. We also don't have a lot of visibility into individual employees, so we can't give them feedback on their training records. It's a useful tool for tracking and reviewing compliance, and we have more flexibility on where we can send employees for training. I like the fact that it has a lot of features. It's easy to use and the layout is very user friendly. There are some bugs with certain areas but they are working on fixing them. You can't have more than one account for your organization. This is a good tool because you can keep track of all your events and projects and even share them with other people in your office.
