Metal constructions are welded by hand, welding points are cleaned by hand. Everything is crooked, scratched, unaesthetic (see photo). The attachment points for the armrests are welded crookedly and seem to have suffered when cleaning the welds with a grinder by hand. As a result, one armrest is directed a few degrees "inward" and catches the seat when the chair is tilted back. The photo shows that the left armrest is close to the seat (a gap of a couple of millimeters), while the right one is a couple of centimeters away. All due to the fact that the groove for the bolt is cut off more than necessary and the armrest has nowhere to rest. You can try to put a washer or weld something, but why not do it right right away?
