I currently give this tablet 5 stars. At first I thought this tablet was overkill. I ordered this for my mom for Christmas so she can play her games. I have asked them to open it early in case it dies on arrival and we have time to replace it. She received it and it worked great for 2 days, she loved it! On the third day, she said the tablet wouldn't turn on properly. She said it was a blue screen and didn't answer. I like to give new manufacturers a chance, so I ordered replacements. The courier came to my mother's house in Maine. By the way, it was snowing and it would have been a 13:30 drive to the UPS store. The support agent picked up the old tablet and the replacement device was at her door the next day. It's been 3 days since she received the tablet and so far so good. She claims that the battery lasts longer than the first. Maybe the first one was just defective. If this tablet doesn't die from it again, this gets my 5 stars. A $100 tablet to keep my mom happy and play all the games she wanted without deleting some due to lack of space. Great tablet for the price.
