Officially the worst formula change!
Officially the worst formula change. I've already gone through their changes. I didn't really like them, but they weren't. I've been using this for over ten years. After dyeing, not just a bad color, the hair feels bad. Even the air conditioning broke. My hair felt great with the old formula. I would buy one if I could. The new one doesn't do anything and I don't like the smell. I wish I had bought three packs. It's time to think about a new product. looks like i'm going forever.
