We love them! We were on vacation in Florida and our neighbor kept contacting us that the raccoons keep getting in the trash and throwing everything all over our yard. This has been an ongoing problem for many years. We had to put bricks on top of the can and move it every time we tried to throw another bag in, we tried the elastic cords and it was dangerous. We came home, installed them and there was not a single problem! We love ours and I would recommend everyone to buy them! Not only is it great to keep the critters out, because if a strong wind blows and the jar tips over, everything stays in the jar!
