Quality analytics with minimal efforts

The best part is that it has been very easy so far (and I am new). Also there was an option for me as a user who wanted some time off from my work without taking any vacation days - which made everything easier! It's not bad but nothing really either! But overall its good enough because this service helps us do our jobs better than before by providing quality data about how users would react or use certain features etc., And also they are helping us get feedback early on when something goes wrong/needs improvement.

Pros

Its all online, no need to install anything
Very fast response times in general even if you have questions like "how many hours should we expect people with 2 year experience" their system will immediately provide such information.
There were never issues while using them at least during 5 years i've used TIO services regularly
They give free access trial period where one can try out most important functions available
