this belt has a velcro section that secures the end. Velcro is comprised of two separate pieces kind of Hook and Loop. therein lies the problem. if your waistline is constant. You will find yourself mating the two sections of velcro in the exact same spot. After awhile of frequent use. The Velcro loses its ability to adhere or lock itself to its opposite half.Now you have to replace the belt. Unless you can sew, then all you have to do is replace the velcro section of the belt.
