God, I just had to rate this product right away! I usually wait for Revain to email me asking me to write a review, but I actually went to my orders for this one! I even went to the manufacturer's Facebook page and posted there too - I don't think I've ever done that before. I'm so upset with this POS it's not even funny. I would like to start with the contents of the package. A small flat piece of metal with holes, on the back there are fans and a power button. The cable is so short, how do I connect it? If you have an extra connection for this and no plug in the wall. Two spider legs that look like pieces of plastic (legs) with hard buttons on them until you press them with little to no breaking fingers and then they spin "24/7" making it EXTREMELY HARD, side after side adjust assembly. I've dropped this thing on the floor so many times it's completely unstable. We go to the additional carpet "table". Well it's a joke. With fuzzy instructions I was struggling to do this because suddenly one day you don't have a clear setting range for the actual part of the table. Also, there are no pads on the lower legs so it would slide or fall into the crevices of the couch when I adjusted my weight. I would like to point out one more thing. I am a very short woman, 110 pounds. I tried putting this on my husband and it was so tight on his legs that he felt uncomfortable or couldn't seem to move. We couldn't even reach his hips. For the money it's worth I'm shocked that this product is so awful, flimsy, unstable and SO DIFFICULT to even set up! You MUST use your knees if you want to adjust this while it's holding your laptop or your laptop will fall and possibly break, OR you can cycle your laptop on and off repeatedly to see if it's at a comfortable height for you is. I'll pass. POOH! I give zero stars and am sending this junk back!
