Installed today so no need to talk about durability. Right now I'm concerned about the recline adjuster. I have a feeling it will lean more and more forward over time. But the good things outweigh this worry. This is a heavy duty unit and hard parts (screws and such) were included. The included level is good and I appreciate the cardboard template. You need a second person to lift things and hold things in place. instructions sucks. Watch a few videos - all of these things are installed in roughly the same way. We used this with a 65" Vizio. Cables were included, but my stupid tv had the power cord on the opposite side from everything else so i will always have at least 2 dangling cords. Installs in 20 minutes (after completing the instructions and watching the video). I didn't have to level the TV after installation, but you could, and this cool mount lets you do just that. If this mount somehow fails, I'll try to update this review.
