I really wanted to like this product with its easy to clean finish and protected cord. The first one I ordered never achieved anything other than cool-warm. The literature that came with the product was very indicative of the customer support saying to report any problems. It would be helpful to provide contact information for this literature. I could find an email address online so I contacted them. No Answer. So I sent the product back thinking I just got a bad one. The second worked better but still didn't come close to the advertised temperature and the TCT light never came on, even bringing the temperature down to 80 degrees at 67 degrees at home. Maybe they got a bad batch from their manufacturer. Who knows as they don't answer emails. Although others have given excellent reviews, I do not recommend this product.
